Most girls being rescued from trafficking have little to nothing belonging to them during their first hours of freedom.  We create bags for them carrying necessities that they will need and a few items for comfort.

Items in each bag: seasonal shoes, toothpaste and toothbrush, towel and washcloth,  shampoo and conditioner, soap or gel, lotion, deodorant, tissue pack, brush or comb, feminine hygiene products, emery board, chapstick, fleece lap blanket, fuzzy socks and stuffed animal, small bible and book mark, small journal and pen, Mini adult style coloring booklet & colored pencils/sharpener, personal note of encouragement, $10 gift card for McDonalds or Taco Bell

Girls and women who have been sexually assaulted receive our Restoration Bags which include the items below to assist them in the hours after the assault.  This is a very traumatic time for the victims as they are reliving the event while helping law enforcement to capture their attackers.

Items in each bag: seasonal shoes, basic outfit and under garments, fleece lap blanket, footie socks, toothbrush & toothpaste, travel sized lotion & mouthwash, feminine items, tissue pack, hairbrush/hair band, chapstick, washcloth & small hand towel, plush stuffed animal, encouraging note

Want to donate?
For questions about how to donate any of these new items, please contact CIF or donate monetarily.

Or, you may drop off a $10 gift card for McDonalds or Taco Bell at the SECC reception desk @ the Solomon Center in an envelope labeled CIF.
